Email Hog Review

Email Hog is back, and it doesn’t seem to have missed a beat! For those of you who don’t know Email Hog lost all its members and information due to a server crash. This affected a lot of sites (including Smart Safelist). After a month or so of recreating the site and making some improvements Email Hog is back in business!

They re-opened on January 21, 2012. They already have over 1,110 members, and it’s quickly growing every day. From the looks of it you wouldn’t even know Email Hog ever had any problems.

As always I like to test sites out, and see if they are worth while to not only join and use, but if they are worth the price to upgrade. After posting 2 ads I was amazed by the results I got. My first ad got 143 clicks, and my second ad also received 143 clicks with more to come since that ad is new and went out to more members.

Email Hog Stats

One of the best things about Email Hog is they guarantee at least a 2% click ratio. So every time you mail out or send a solo ad your ad will get at least a 2% click ratio if not more. If your ad fails to get at least the 2% they will return your credits so you lose nothing.

Another great feature Email Hog has is the ability to track your stats. For each ad you send you’ll be able to see the subject, date sent, sent to, clicks, and the CTR. This will allow you to see what ads get the best results so you can continue to post only the best ads.

So overall if you’re not a member of Email Hog yet I highly recommend becoming one right away. It’s free, and even if you decide to upgrade it’s very affordable, and well worth it. After you join make sure to use the promo code newmail as you’ll receive 5,000 mailing credits, 2 text links, 2 banner ads, and 1 login ad.

Mega Traffic List Review

Mega Traffic List

Over the pass few weeks I’ve been testing out a new traffic source called Mega Traffic List. This site has been out for a little while, but I must be honest when I first saw it I didn’t pay to much attention to it simply because the membership was low.

I usually make an account at a site even if the membership is low, because I know a site could grow, and even sometimes low memberships doesn’t mean the site doesn’t perform well.

I had a free account at Mega Traffic List for a couple of weeks and used the mailing system a few times, and to my surprise it did well. After seeing the results I got I decided it would be worth the money to upgrade.

One thing that Mega Traffic List offers is a very affordable upgrade option. Some sites charge an arm and a leg to upgrade, but the offers where hard to pass on. If you do end up making an account at Mega Traffic List I highly recommend upgrading by taking the offers you’ll see when you first join.

Now let’s talk stats. A site isn’t anything if it doesn’t perform. Below are the stats for the mailing system. As you can see it’s a very active site with 66, 58, and 77 hits for each ad I sent out.

Also if you do take the upgrade option you’ll be giving some solo ads. I love solo ads! They are a big part of my list building online, and always drive a ton of traffic back to my sites.

Below are the stats of my solo ad I sent out.

79 clicks from one solo ad is pretty good.  I have another one waiting in the queue and expect this one to get just as many or even more clicks.

So overall if you’re not a member of Mega Traffic List yet I highly recommend becoming one. The upgrades are extremely affordable for all, and even if you do pass by on the option of upgrading you can still use the mailing system, and get some extra advertising for free by using the promo code newmember.
